Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for loop system material at Hillcrest Elementary School (specifications attached). We received bids from four (4) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Dyersburg Winnelson – $20,000.00

Kenny Pipe & Supply – $21,569.34

BR Supply – $18,256.36

G & C Supply – $24,011.13

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
